  • All orders are subject to acceptance and stock availability.
  • You’ll receive an email confirmation once your order has been accepted.
  • Payment must be completed at checkout. All payments are processed securely.
  • If you need to cancel your order, please email us as soon as possible. Orders that have already been dispatched can’t be cancelled but can be returned following our Returns Policy.

3. Pricing & Availability

  • Prices on our website are shown in GBP and may change from time to time.
  • If we discover a pricing error after you’ve placed an order, we may cancel the order and issue a refund.
  • We do our best to keep stock levels accurate, but if an item is unavailable, we’ll contact you quickly with options.

We are not responsible for delays caused by postal services or events outside our control.
