30-Day Returns
You can return any unworn item within 30 days of receiving it.
To start a return, email us at info@41jewellery.co.uk with:
- Your name
- Order number
- The item you’d like to return
We’ll reply with the return address and next steps.
Conditions for Returns
To keep things fair and hygienic, returned items must be:
- Unworn
- In their original 41 Jewellery box
- With all cards and cloth included
We can’t accept items that show signs of wear, damage, or missing packaging.
Refunds
Once we receive your return, we’ll inspect it and issue your refund to your original payment method.
Refunds typically clear within 3–5 working days, depending on your bank.
Delivery fees are non-refundable unless the item was faulty.
Exchanges
If you’d like to swap your item for something else, just let us know in your email.
We’ll guide you through the quickest way to arrange an exchange.
Faulty or Incorrect Items
If your jewellery arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, email us at info@41jewellery.co.uk within 7 days of delivery.
We’ll sort a replacement or refund right away.
Gifts
If your item was a gift, we can arrange an exchange or issue store credit.
